Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Full-Time/Part-Time Key Holder to lead in-store sales and customer service. You will partner with store leadership to exceed sales goals, mentor team members, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and holidays. Benefits include competitive pay and store incentives.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, and store housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and monitor floor stock replenishment.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS.
