Job summary

Boot Barn is hiring for a Key Holder in a part-time capacity to energize in-store experiences and support store leadership. You will build relationships with customers, demonstrate extensive product knowledge and drive sales with effective merchandising and POS mastery.

You will also help maintain store standards, participate in opening/closing procedures, and contribute to team development while upholding company policies and local laws. This role emphasizes flexibility and community focus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication and organization skills.
• Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features/benefits to customers.
• Maintain goals such as units per transaction and average dollar per transaction.
• Stay informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Assist with merchandising, floor moves, displays, sales setup and housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and monitor floor stock; manage cash and POS transactions.
