Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder to elevate in-store experiences and support the leadership team in driving sales and operations. You will learn product knowledge, maintain merchandising standards, and help with opening/closing procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

As a trusted floor leader, you will motivate the team, manage transactions at POS, and participate in stock replenishment and visual presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; understand and communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including units per transaction and average dollar per transaction.
• Be informed of current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist in floor moves, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions at POS registers.
• Partner with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and comply with Time and Attendance policy.
• Adhere to laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
