Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to contribute to an exceptional in-store experience. You will partner with the leadership team to exceed sales goals, maintain merchandising standards, and support store operations while delivering outstanding customer service.

As a Key Holder, you’ll become an expert in product knowledge, communicate benefits to customers, and drive metrics like UPT and ADT through proactive selling and accurate transactions at the POS.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and displays.
• Process merchandise and monitor floor stock replenishment.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS and manage cash/media responsibly.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and Time & Attendance policies.
