Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead as delegated by Store Manager including Manager on Duty duties.
• Provide performance feedback to managers and team.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate policies, store strategies, and product details to customers.
• Set daily/shift direction and ensure smooth opening/closing routines.
• Create genuine customer connections through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
