Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with leadership tasks, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide feedback and coaching to associates.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies and store strategies.
• Set daily goals and supervise opening/closing routines and bank deposits.
• Create connections with customers, recommend products and assist with merchandising.
