The role emphasizes leadership on the sales floor, daily/shift planning, and collaboration with management to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Flexibility for peak hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead delegated responsibilities from the Store Manager, acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift goals for the team when associates arrive.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and relaying directives.
• Create genuine customer connections through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual changes, and marketing placements as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
