Responsibilities

• Lead and perform store operations as delegated by Store Manager
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled
• Provide performance feedback to team and coach associates
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge
• Maintain store standards, policies and visual presentation
• Open/close routines, banking, shipments, and disseminating directives
• Build genuine connections with customers and make personalized recommendations
• Support floorset execution and marketing placements
