Responsibilities

• Lead delegated tasks by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and stock handling.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
