Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate tasks as acting Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display product knowledge, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift direction and goals.
• Perform opening/closing routines and handle bank deposits and shipments.
• Build connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
