Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or Relevant Work Experience.

Responsibilities

• Support delivering sales plan through effective execution of store and operational tasks.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and strong product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift goals for the team as they arrive for work.
• Perform opening/closing routines including banking, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Build genuine connections with customers through needs-based recommendations and product demos.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
