Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback to managers.
• Create exceptional in-store experiences through product knowledge and selling skills.
• Display product knowledge and store policies.
• Set daily shift goals and direct team accordingly.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Engage customers with needs-based recommendations and product demos.
• Assist with floorset execution and visual merchandising.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness according to standards.
