You will partner with the leadership team, handle daily open/close tasks, participate in audits and transfers, and help create a positive work environment through coaching and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of workforce experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards and daily tasks (open/close, cleaning, recovery).
• Support management with audits, donations, transfers, damages, and other processes.
• Collaborate with store leadership to follow policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory activities and omni-channel initiatives (BOPIS, etc.).
