Job summary

Richemont Americas IT Retail Support Analyst is responsible for delivering onsite and remote technical support for boutique locations across the Americas, ensuring retail technology is reliable and operational. Role involves coordinating with internal IT teams and supporting store devices and peripherals.

The role requires travel up to 50% of the time, strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to manage incidents while supporting planned projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PC hardware, software installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 devices and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting iOS devices and retail peripherals.
• Basic networking knowledge and first-level troubleshooting.
• Active Directory and Azure administration basics.
• Ability to analyze logs and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT workstreams for Maison retail expansion projects.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support for retail boutiques across the Americas.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; escalate when needed.
• Manage tickets from intake to closure with clear updates.
• Support store devices including PCs, laptops, tablets, printers.
• Create and maintain IT support documentation and procedures.
• Stay current on retail tech trends to improve service quality.
