• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; escalate as needed.
• Manage support requests from intake to closure via ticketing system.
• Support Windows PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, and store devices.
• Consult knowledge bases and documentation to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Contribute to IT support documentation and procedures.
• Stay current on retail tech trends to improve service quality.
