Range USA seeks an IT Technical Support Specialist to back our stores across the US from our Blue Ash, OH location. You will handle Tier 1–2 IT requests, triage issues by phone, remote tools, or in person, and document resolutions for future reference.

You will support Windows 10/11 and iOS devices, administer Microsoft 365 services, and assist with AD/Entra ID, Intune, and POS systems. A customer‑focused, problem‑solving mindset is essential for success in this on‑site role.

• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests across corporate and retail locations.
• Triage and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues via phone, remote desktop tools, in-person, and ticketing system; escalate when needed.
• Provide end-user hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices (Windows 10/11, iOS).
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint; manage licensing and access.
• Manage user accounts, group memberships, password resets, and access requests in Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Support endpoint enrollment, configuration, and compliance using Intune; assist with device imaging and deployments.
• Provide frontline POS hardware/software support at store locations and coordinate vendor escalations.
