Job summary

The Irca Group seeks an ICT Specialist to deliver first-line IT support for the Americas region, with on-site help for local plant users and remote support for others. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, document processes, and maintain assets and service catalogs.

Strong communication and learning mindset are required. Qualifications include an Associate degree or higher and CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ certifications, plus 2–4 years of IT help desk experience and proficiency with

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher required.
CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+certifications or equivalent preferred.
2-4 years IT Help Desk experience or similar IT role.
Proficient with Windows 10/11 devices.
Excellent English communication and problem solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide first line of support to users via ticketing, email, phone, Teams and other channels.
Provide on-site and remote support for users.
Perform remote troubleshooting using standard best practices.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Ensure quick resolution and high-quality customer service.
Escalate to next level when needed and follow up on issues.
