Job summary

Arthur Lawrence is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist for one of our clients in Honolulu, HI. The role focuses on Tier 1/2 support for retail IT systems, including POS hardware/software, printers, and network issues.

You will troubleshoot TCP/IP, VPNs, wireless networks, and back-office systems, document incidents, and support technology deployments. Nice-to-haves include experience with Gilbarco Passport POS and Verifone/EMV devices.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for retail IT systems, including POS hardware/software, back-office systems, printers, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of retail networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, wireless, switches, routers) with experience resolving hardware, software, payment processing, and connectivity issues.
• Experience with IT service management, incident documentation, system maintenance, technology deployments.
