Job summary

Aramark is seeking an IT Support Worker Lead to assist management with administrative tasks and oversee day-to-day IT operations across hospitality and retail environments. You will interact with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional manner while supporting POS systems, hardware, networks, and site-specific IT needs.

The role involves coordinating with Aramark’s Micros Simphony system and ASU-related POS projects, maintaining equipment, and ensuring secure, efficient IT operations

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT support or business systems analysis experience, preferably in hospitality or retail environments.
• Background in hospitality, food service, or retail technology environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting hardware components including laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, and POS peripherals such as receipt printers and payment terminals.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT operations, including POS management, hardware and network troubleshooting, and technology support.
• Maintain an organized approach and manage Senior Team & Management IT needs.
• Liaise with Micros Simphony and Aramark Markets POS systems; hardware installation and software programming where needed.
• Maintain internal computer systems, email, servers, and CC terminals; assist in deployment and use.
• Oversee video menu boards, kiosk systems, and security cameras maintenance and oversight.
• Provide after-hours/weekend support as needed for maintenance and emergencies.
