Job summary

Boiling Point seeks an IT Associate to provide day-to-day technical support for its restaurant network, corporate office, and staff. You will manage tickets, support NCR Aloha POS, and handle hardware/software issues, including setup of new equipment.

You will troubleshoot connectivity, maintain documentation, and assist with company-wide safety trainings. Requires 1–2 years IT experience, strong customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT experience or related field.
• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming IT support tickets and assign/prioritize as needed.
• Troubleshoot & resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide POS (NCR Aloha) hardware/software support and troubleshooting.
• Install, update, and configure software; set up new equipment.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and document resolutions.
