Job summary

Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. in Honolulu, Hawaii seeks an experienced IT Manager to oversee the company's technology infrastructure, support critical business applications, and lead a team of three IT Specialists.

This on-site role works with retail POS, networking and cloud-based systems across multiple locations. You will manage vendor relationships, define budgets, and drive IT initiatives including cybersecurity upgrades and system enhancements, while maintaining documentation and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 8 years' experience in retail POS service, support, development and/or project management.
• 5 years' experience supporting retail credit and debit card processing systems and quality testing.
• 3 years' experience with fuel dispensing systems and interfaces.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT systems including POS, networking, and cloud-based applications.
• Oversee POS functionality across all retail locations.
• Supervise and develop a team of three IT specialists.
• Provide escalation support for IT helpdesk operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and software/hardware solutions.
• Lead IT initiatives like upgrades, cybersecurity, and infra enhancements.
• Maintain IT documentation and train staff on best practices.
• Define processes and oversee beta testing for new software/hardware.
