Job summary

Foodland Super Market, Ltd. seeks an IT Service Desk Technician to join our IT team in Hawaii. The role provides first-line support for end users, records incidents, and troubleshoots POS, applications, hardware, and network issues; incidents are escalated to level 2 as needed.

This on-site position requires a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations. We value knowledge of Windows and Microsoft applications, strong problem-solving, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service desk (help desk) experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Associates degree or A+ certification preferred.
• PC hardware experience required.
• Most work takes place in an office environment, some locations may be stores.

Responsibilities

• Answer end user calls and emails promptly.
• Record incident information in the Service Desk system.
• Troubleshoot POS, applications, hardware, telephone, and network incidents.
• Escalate incidents to level 2 after initial troubleshooting.
• Travel to locations to perform break/fix work.
