Job summary

Retailors (Fox Group) is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Head Office team. You will provide front-line technical support for onsite and remote users, support POS and ERP systems, and manage HP Retail hardware and network services.

The role requires 3+ years of end-user support, ERP/POS experience, AD/AAD management, strong Windows and SQL Server knowledge, and willingness to travel between retail locations and support new store openings.

Qualifications

• End-user and remote technical support experience.
• ERP systems and retail POS environments experience.
• AD and Azure AD administration experience.
• Strong Windows OS knowledge and admin skills.
• SQL Server experience and database concepts knowledge.
• Experience with network printers and general networking.
• Knowledge of VLANs, SSL tunneling/clients, routing, switching, Wi‑Fi, firewall policies.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays/on-call and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support to onsite and remote end users.
• Support POS systems, cash registers, and ERP systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot HP Retail hardware (touchscreens, printers, barcode scanners, desktops/laptops).
• Support network printers and resolve general network connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot networking technologies including VLANs, SSL tunneling, SSL clients.
• Provide weekend/holiday/on-call support as required.
• Travel between retail locations to support daily operations and new stores.
• Assist with setup and deployment of new retail stores.
• Support MDM solutions (ManageEngine MDM, Apple and Android device management).
