Job summary

ZNH FoodsInc is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to ensure restaurant technology runs smoothly, from POS systems to networked devices. You will deliver first-level support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and manage tickets for NCR, Aloha, and Sicom/Xenial POS environments.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years’ IT Help Desk experience, strong remote support and communication skills, and an associate degree in CS/MIS or equivalent. On-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT Help Desk or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and remote support skills.
• Knowledge of Office Suite, Teams, Windows OS.
• Understanding of network protocols.
• Experience in quick-service restaurant or retail IT support valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-level IT support for restaurant operations and POS systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues on registers, computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Enter and manage tickets, escalate when needed.
• Respond to requests via phone, email, and remote sessions.
• Assist with software installations and access configurations.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, email, and web access for restaurant teams.
• Support training for restaurant and field leaders on apps and systems.
• Participate in rotating Help Desk duties including outages and projects.
