Aloha Petroleum, LTD is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee technology infrastructure and lead a team of three IT Specialists for ~125 stores and terminals. This on-site role includes POS, networking, cloud apps, vendor relations, and IT governance.

Pay range is $119,000–$135,000 with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities. Success requires a Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Management and 8+ years in IT, including retail POS and system integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in retail POS service, support, development or project management.
• 3+ years with fuel dispensing systems and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT systems including POS, networking and cloud apps.
• Direct POS functionality, troubleshooting and maintenance across locations.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of three IT specialists.
• Provide escalation support for IT helpdesk operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and software/hardware procurement.
• Oversee beta testing of new software/hardware for stores.
• Budget annual capital and expense planning for the team.
• Monitor tech trends and advise on changes and new solutions.
• Coordinate IT initiatives like upgrades and cybersecurity improvements.
• Maintain IT documentation and staff training on best practices.
