Turkey Hill is seeking a Guest Service Leader to support Store Manager in daily operations, greet guests, coach teammates, and maintain a fast, friendly guest experience. The role blends leadership with hands-on store duties to keep shelves stocked, the store clean, and customers delighted.

This position offers part/full-time schedules in a Cumberland Farms area environment; emphasis on guest service, safety, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Education: N/A
• Preferred Education: High School or GED
• Minimum Experience: 6 months as a Guest Service Associate
• Preferred Experience: 6-12 months retail, guest service or restaurant
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe /Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory

Aufgaben

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and welcome them to the store.
• Process guest transactions efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Monitor and replenish product on the sales floor including coolers and freezers.
• Assist Store Manager with reports, product ordering, and banking as needed.
• Lead by example and train/coaching fellow team members.
• Support food service processes and food safety in applicable stores.
• Prioritize safety for guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by SM or acting Lead.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Schedule flexibility for a 24/7 store environment
