Turkey Hill Minit Markets in Mechanicsburg is seeking a Guest Service Leader to assist the Store Manager, lead shift activities, and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service. The role emphasizes in-store leadership, in-stock conditions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The position offers part-time and full-time hours with flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months as a Guest Service Associate.
• Preferred 6-12 months retail, guest service or restaurant.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Process guest transactions efficiently.
• Maintain store appearance inside and outside, keep coffee/food areas clean.
• Monitor and replenish stock, keep categories stocked.
• Assist Store Manager with reports and banking as needed.
• Lead by example and coach fellow team members in service.
• Support food service and ensure food safety.
• Prioritize safety for guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
