The role involves shift leadership, training team members, ensuring in-stock conditions, and upholding company standards across food service and retail areas. Ideal candidates bring previous guest service experience, a high energy attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months as a Guest Service Associate
• Preferred: High School or GED
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and invite return visits
• Process guest transactions efficiently and warmly
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
• Monitor and replenish shelves and stock levels
• Assist with manager reports and banking as needed
• Lead by example following company values
• Provide training and coaching to team members
• Assist with food preparation and safety in food service stores
• Prioritize safety for guests and staff
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager
• Must be able to perform essential functions with/without accommodations
