Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Guest Service Leader in Connecticut to support store operations, greet guests, coach team members, and ensure a fast, friendly shopping experience. You will assist the Store Manager with daily tasks, lead by example, and help maintain in-stock conditions and a clean store environment.

The role offers both part-time and full-time hours, opportunities for growth, and benefits designed to reward performance and commitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: not specified
• Preferred Education: High School or GED
• Minimum Experience: 6 months as a Guest Service Associate
• Preferred Experience: 6-12 months retail, guest service or restaurant
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and help ensure a welcoming experience.
• Process guest transactions efficiently to minimize wait time.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock, including coffee and food service areas.
• Monitor and replenish product on the sales floor to maintain in-stock levels.
• Assist Store Manager during absences, and lead by example with company values.
