Cumberland Farms is seeking a Guest Service Leader to support store operations and lead by example in delivering a superior guest experience. The role involves greeting guests, coaching team members, maintaining in-stock conditions, and assisting the Store Manager with day-to-day tasks.

Flexible hours include day and night shifts in a 24-hour retail environment. Ideal candidates have 6+ months in retail or guest service, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and leadership

• Minimum Education: N/A
• Preferred Education: High School or GED
• Minimum Experience: 6 months as a Guest Service Associate
• Preferred Experience: 6-12 months retail, guest service or restaurant

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and invite return visits
• Process guest transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
• Monitor and replenish stock to keep shelves full
• Lead by example in delivery of company values and services
• Provide training, coaching and direction to team members
• Assist with food service operations where applicable
• Ensure safety and compliance in the store
