Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a high-energy team in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience. You will support the Store Manager with training, coaching, scheduling, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail or food experience and 2 years of leadership, plus a ServSafe awareness. This full-time role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends and 5-10% travel for deposits and meetings.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or food experience; must complete Assistant Manager Training program before assigned in this role.
• 2 years retail or restaurant leadership experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manages the store team's Guest Service behaviors and coaches staff to greet guests warmly and resolve issues.
• Support Store Manager in training, scheduling, coaching, and fostering an engaging work environment.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to achieve operational excellence and hit sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and stock levels, including coffee and foodservice areas.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, safety programs, and inventory levels to ensure 100% in-stock.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or acting supervisor.
• Be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
