Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Guest Service Leader to support store operations and deliver a premier guest experience. You will greet guests, coach team members, and help keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.

The role requires stepping in for the Store Manager when needed and upholding company values in daily actions. The position offers both part-time and full-time schedules, with opportunities to advance within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or retail environments is preferred.
• Leadership by example and the ability to coach teammates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Process guest transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization both inside and outside.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure products are in‑stock at all times.
• Assume shift lead responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Lead by example in company values and standards.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Support food service operations and food safety where applicable.
• Prioritize safety for guests and team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
