Cumberland Farms in Pennsylvania is seeking a Guest Service Leader to support store operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead by example. You will assist the Store Manager, oversee shift leadership, coach staff, and ensure a fast, friendly guest experience across all service points.

The role requires high energy, a collaborative mindset, and readiness for variable hours, including days and nights. Both part-time and full-time openings are available with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum education not required (N/A).
• Preferred High School diploma or GED.
• 6 months as a Guest Service Associate or similar retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and invite return visits.
• Process transactions efficiently to minimize guest wait time.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and stocked coffee/food areas.
• Monitor and replenish product on the sales floor to keep stock at desired levels.
• In Store Manager’s absence, assist with reports, ordering, and banking.
• Lead by example and uphold company values and policies.
• Provide training, coaching, and direction to team members.
• Assist with food preparation and safety in food service stores when needed.
