Turkey Hill is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding guest shopping experience and in developing a strong team, including training, scheduling, and coaching.

Role requires high energy, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to company values. Prior leadership experience in retail/food is valued, with ServSafe considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food service experience preferred.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Training program before assigned.

Responsibilities

• Manages guest service behaviors and coaches teammates to greet guests warmly and resolve issues.
• Supports Store Manager in training, scheduling, coaching, and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Partners with the Store Manager to meet promotions, sales targets, and store controls.
• Ensures store appearance, cleanliness, and stocked coffee/food areas are kept to standard.
• Monitors product levels, rotates stock, and maintains in-stock goals.
• Performs additional duties as needed and adheres to essential job functions.
