Five Below in Ohio is seeking an energized store team member to lead front-end operations, mentor crew, and ensure every guest enjoys a fast, friendly checkout.

You will open and close the store, keep shelves stocked and clean, coordinate merchandising, and partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop associates. This hourly role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a proactive, positive attitude.

Qualifikationen

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Lead front end operations and ensure brand standards for merchandising.
• Open and close the store and keep it clean and ready for customers.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise all crew members.
• Support store manager and partners with merchandising and recovery.
• Maintain stock room and perform routine maintenance.
