Job summary

Five Below is seeking a hands-on leader to manage store operations, train and supervise crew, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role includes opening/closing, merchandising, and maintaining store readiness to meet brand standards.

You will recruit, coach, and develop team members while partnering with the store leadership to drive performance and guest satisfaction. This hourly position reports to store management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with friendly, fast checkout and personal contact.
• Lead assigned store to meet customer service score goals.
• Run front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is functional and staff trained.
• Open/close procedures, cleanliness, and stock readiness.
• Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence.
