Job summary

Five Below is seeking a motivated team member to help deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience and outstanding customer service in a busy retail setting.

You will assist with stock, merchandising, and daily store operations, stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed and supporting onboarding and training for associates. A dynamic, energetic environment with opportunities to grow awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• High energy, strong communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal engagement and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff to ensure excellent service.
• Assists with stock receiving, organization, and merchandising to drive sales.
