Job summary

IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) is seeking a Hybrid Retail Account Manager to grow NRS revenue while managing and expanding the existing telecom and financial services portfolio within a territory. The RAM will visit retail stores, onboard merchants, and support customers with POS, merchant services, and cash advances.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail or customer-facing roles, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and is comfortable traveling door-to-door daily with

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to support diverse customer base.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable car, and willingness to travel daily.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales: Prospect, pitch and close for POS devices, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage an assigned route: visit retail stores weekly to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors: prospect and go door-to-door to expand presence in territory.
• Onboard & support customers: guide merchant applications and provide light tech support.
• Handle operations & inventory: manage sales, cash collections, and telecom card inventory.
