Job summary

IDT Corporation's Retail division is seeking a dynamic hybrid Retail Account Manager to grow NRS sales and manage a local route. You will drive POS, merchant services, and cash advances while sustaining IDT's Boss Revolution offerings.

You will visit stores weekly, prospect new doors, onboard merchants, and support light tech issues. Fluency in English and Spanish and a valid driver's license are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license, reliable car, and willingness to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales to retail accounts (POS, Merchant Services, Cash Advances).
• Manage assigned route with weekly store visits and upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors by prospecting and territory expansion.
• Onboard and support customers through merchant applications and light tech support.
• Handle operations and inventory using IDT's accounting system.
