Job summary

IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) is seeking a hybrid Retail Account Manager to drive sales of NRS POS, merchant services, and cash advances while managing traditional Boss Revolution products. You will visit stores, prospect new doors, onboard merchants, and provide light tech support.

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth devices.
• Strong presentation skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales to new and existing retail accounts.
• Manage an assigned route with regular store visits.
• Open new retail doors and expand presence.
• Onboard merchants and support applications; light tech troubleshooting.
• Handle sales, cash collections, and inventory in the accounting system.
