Job summary

IDT's Retail division seeks a dynamic Retail Account Manager to grow the NRS portfolio and manage an assigned route with regular retailer visits. You will prospect, pitch, and close NRS POS, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances while supporting Boss Revolution products in your territory.

The role blends consultative sales with steady account management, requires 1–2 years in retail/outside sales, and favors bilingual English/Spanish speakers who can travel daily with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred to support diverse customer base.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel door-to-door within territory.
• Tech-savvy with basic MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales for POS devices, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage an assigned route with weekly visits to retailers.
• Open new retail doors and prospect within the territory.
• Onboard and support customers through merchant applications and light tech support.
