Job summary

IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) is seeking a Retail Account Manager to grow our retail footprint and drive revenue through NRS POS and related services. You will manage a route, visit stores weekly, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail or outside sales, is bilingual (English/Spanish), and comfortable traveling daily.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car required.
• Willingness to travel door-to-door in territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales of POS devices, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage assigned route with regular store visits and upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors and expand company presence in territory.
• Onboard customers, guide merchant applications, and provide light tech support.
• Handle sales, cash collections, and inventory using IDT systems.
