Job summary

IDT's Retail division seeks a high-energy RAM to grow the National Retail Solutions portfolio across a territory. You will balance direct, consultative sales with ongoing account management, visiting stores weekly, evaluating upsell opportunities, and supporting customer onboarding.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail or outside sales, familiarity with Merchant Services or POS, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles
• Experience with Merchant Services, POS implementation, or route sales is a plus
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred to support a diverse customer base

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales to new and existing retail accounts
• Manage an assigned route with regular store visits and upsell opportunities
• Open new retail doors by prospecting and door-to-door outreach
• Onboard and support customers through merchant applications and basic tech support
• Handle operations, cash payments, and telecom inventory using IDT systems
