• Lead front-end and service operations, ensuring selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Coach team to deliver customer-focused service and achieve KPIs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership during shifts.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel capabilities (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery) and efficiency.
• Train and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing coaching.
