IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) is seeking a hybrid Retail Account Manager to grow our NRS portfolio across a territory of retail accounts. You will blend consultative selling with disciplined account management, driving POS, merchant services, and cash advances while supporting existing Boss Revolution offerings.

This role requires 1–2 years in retail or outside sales, fluency in English and Spanish, a valid driver's license and daily travel, plus proficiency with CRM tools

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; willingness to travel daily.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS Product Sales: Prospect, pitch, and close sales for NRS POS devices, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances to new and existing retail accounts.
• Manage an Assigned Route: Develop and execute a weekly cycle to visit retail stores on a regular basis, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Open New Retail Doors: Actively prospect and go door-to-door to expand IDT and NRS presence in your territory.
• Onboard & Support Customers: Drive the merchant application process, help store owners understand how to use our services effectively, and provide light troubleshooting/tech support on equipment.
• Handle Operations & Inventory: Manage sales, cash/payment collections, and telecom card inventory using IDT's accounting system.
