Job summary

Toast is expanding its offerings with a new Toast Retail platform and is seeking a Retail Account Executive to join a founding sales team. You will prospect, build relationships, and sign up convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle from initial call to close, deliver tailored demos, partner with cross-functional teams, and leverage Salesforce to track activities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with travel of 25% or more.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops.
• Generate lists of prospective stores and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close.
• Conduct demos and develop a solution that meets the prospect’s needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets sales expectations.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
• Understand the competitive landscape and position Toast effectively in the market.
