Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks a General Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail store. You will own hiring, training, and mentoring, while driving sales and ensuring operational excellence through budgeting, forecasting, and daily performance reviews.

You will develop your Assistant General Manager, participate in leadership calls, and communicate the company vision to the staff.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store staff to meet sales goals.
• Own hiring, training, and performance management for the team.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for the store.
• Mentor the Assistant General Manager and drive brand initiatives.
