Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring and development of store talent and mentor your sales team.
• Lead store to achieve sales targets and maintain operational excellence.
