Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As a General Manager, you shape our guest experience by coaching your team to deliver Every Guest, Every Time and exceed sales targets while maintaining store operations.

You will mentor your Assistant General Manager and lead day-to-day store activities, budgeting and reporting, and drive performance. You will run the store like a business, lead talent development, and participate in leadership calls.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Work through your team to teach, coach, and reinforce our sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help your team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
