Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks a General Manager to shape the guest experience, coach the team, and drive top-line results while maintaining store operations. You will mentor your Assistant GM, run the store as a business, and participate in weekly sales leadership calls.

You will lead talent management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on performance, with accountability for store results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED; legal to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Own the hiring process and develop store talent.
• Drive store sales performance and monitor monthly metrics.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve escalations.
• Build relationships with peers and district leadership.
• Champion new sales tools and traffic strategies.
